The Phillips 66 Rodeo Renewable Energy Complex is one of the world's largest renewable fuels facilities, converted from a traditional petroleum refinery. The facility has an initial unblended SAF production capability of approximately 150 million gallons per year, utilizing feedstocks such as waste oils, fats, and greases.
